Disukai · The Plataran Menjangan is a breathtaking property in an incredible location overlooking the sea and Menjangan island. We loved everything about our stay from the super comfortable and thoughtfully designed and decorated ocean villa, the wildlife roaming the grounds - deer, monkeys, bird life - the stunning infinity pool, terrific food and outstanding service from every staff member we encountered. Absolutely loved the morning forest walk (a free activity) and the snorkelling day (an opt in activity) was incredible. The focus on conservation and preservation is apparent in every aspect of the resort. The views out to the Javan volcanoes framed by the sunset is something I will always remember. If there is a more beautiful place on earth, I don’t know where it is. Couldn’t recommend highly enough!

Liked · The Breakfast was very good. very clean and friendly staff. The staff was ready with our needs. Away from the crowd and inside the National forest. We were able to see monkeys and Deers inside the resort.

After a few days in Ubud, we arrived in this luxurious hotel What a surprise, located in the middle of the forest in the middle of monkeys and hinds, we were warmly welcomed. The suites are sumptuous with all modern comforts. The staff are very attentive. We had a great unforgettable stay with the added bonus of a Balinese cooking class surrounded by nature ... a moment of pure happiness after having gone through the local market with the chef Thank you to the whole team for your professionalism without forgetting the Spa where massages are also great We will remember this heavenly stay ...

We had the most wonderful week here, in a gorgeous luxury villa, overlooking the sea. Total privacy in the mangroves - watching the sun rise over Menjangan island and the mountains of Java; and the sun set as a herd of deer paddle through the shallows in front of our villa. It is a luxury resort but set in a National Park, deep in the rainforest and part of a program to save endemic flora and fauna. On our way to the restaurant and pool on our first day, monkeys, deer, lizards and birds crossed our path. We had a boat trip one day, with some of the most beautiful reef snorkelling ever. The long drive from Denpasar is worth it, it’s a lovely drive and you leave the hordes of other tourists behind! The welcome and hospitality is professional but warm and personal.
