If you stay at Plataran Heritage hotel is much easier to do a reservation before. You may drive yourself or by shuttle (recommend) from hotel to get there. Would take approx 40 mins by car. As you get off from main road to go up the path is very stiff and narrow. You won’t bump into other car as there are securities standing by with handytalkie between main road gate to the top. As you get there, totally paid off. The view is so stunning. As if the God is watching us from the sky. Especially during sunset which most guests preferred. The food menu selection and quality by standard is the same as Plataran Villa & Hotel. Two tumbs up to the chefs. The tables served in and out This secluded destination is just opened 2 months ago and it is now developing T-Swimming Pool with this marvelous view. Certainly will be back when it’s completed.

Heaven! The view is magnificent. We can see sunrise and sunset in one place. We are also can see some mountains in front of Mata Langit such as merapi, merbabu, andong, telomoyo, tidar, and sindoro. They keep everything clean include the rest room.

Gives you a feel of Nepal, views of the lush green hills. Breakfast with a view. Good selection of international or local dishes. You can easily spend a couple of hours. The swimming pool is being built, not sure a great idea

Stunning view for sunrise and sunset, great environment, good food, superb service.... recommended time arrival: 5-8 am and 4-6pm Please do reservation first.... Need maps correction by management for helping customer to go here...

Watched the sunrise at Mata Langit by Plataran and it was gorgeous! You can gaze at the natural beauty surrounding the area. The food was exceptional, ambience was super and the staff amazing.
