TERMS & CONDITIONS
General:
– Minimum spending of IDR 12,500,000++ for buffet, set menu, high tea, food stall, and free flow beverage.
– The minimum order per menu is 50 portions.
– Service time is 4 hours. If you exceed the service time, an overtime fee will be charged.
– Menu prices are non-binding and subject to change without notice.
– All food and beverage orders are inclusive of waiter and utensil set-up as per order.
– (++) prices are subject to 15,5% tax and service charges.
– (+) prices are subject to 10% tax.
-10% handling fee for caterings outside Plataran properties.
Booking Confirmation:
– The number of portions ordered must be the same amount according to the signed contract.
– We will prepare takeaway container(s) for remaining food after the event.
