Nasi Goreng Tiga Dewi

Our take on this national treasure gives it an extra edge; black kalamata olives are added to provide extra texture and flavour to the rice, the dragon fruit gives the dish a refreshing sweetness and a bright pink color, while the egg adds a creamy texture and richness. Liberal helpings of cashew nuts deepen the umami tones, while generous helpings of lime inject some zest and energy into the aftertaste. Ikan Rumpi
Plataran Venue & Dining is famous for its various Indonesian specialties using various food ingredients that are also native to Indonesia. Ranging from agricultural product to the wealth of the sea including fresh squid, shrimp and fish. As is well known, we use only live gourami in our various establishments. Same thing applies in Bandung, we present a special menu, Ikan Rumpi, which is live gourami with a special sauce mixture. Rumpi means chit-chat in Bahasa, which makes this dish suitable to be enjoyed when dining while chatting with groups of friends and family at gathering moments. While not for the faint of heart, “Ikan Rumpi” is a dish that is sure to leave a lasting impression on anyone who tries it.
Cumi Susu Mentega
