- To know the big picture of being supervisor and understand the main role in the organization.
- To directs, controls and supervise all subordinate to ensure all aspect related with day to day operational, to ensure smooth operation base on the standard required by Management.
- To make daily assignment to each associates, to attend and conduct daily pre-shift briefing.
- To conduct and check daily attendance check list.
- To ensure associates well informed with all information related with operation.
- Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality and Tourism management.
- Minimum 2 years work experience in hotel operations or a minimum of 1 Year work experience as a Housekeeping supervisor.
- Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.
