Take a journey into the heart of Central Java, where you will discover the majesty of Borobudur Temple and the magical Menoreh Hills from the moment you step into Plataran Heritage Borobudur Hotel. Indulge in a truly regal dining experience with Borobudur as your backdrop, as you are treated to a Royal Javanese Dinner. Your will witness sunrise over the magnificent garden of Java, framed by six spectacular mountains, two rivers and many traditional villages.
Day 1: Magelang
Gather at the agreed departure point for the journey to Magelang. Upon arrival, check in and rest at Plataran Heritage Borobudur.
Day 2: Magelang (Borobudur area)
In the morning, you will journey to Borobudur Temple to watch the sunrise (which can also be viewed from the hotel area). You will then have breakfast at the hotel before enjoying time free at leisure.
Day 3: Magelang – Ambarawa – Magelang
During today’s program you will visit the Ambarawa Rail Museum; a former train station that has since been converted into a museum. After that, you will be escorted back to Magelang to visit Candirejo Village, where you can take a tour of the village in a traditional horse cart. You can also watch a gamelan performance by a traditional Javanese musical ensemble.
Day 4: Magelang – Jakarta
Today you will return to Jakarta.
